Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest possible levels of ethical and professional conduct. If anyone become aware of, or suspect instances of fraud or other wrongdoing or malfeasance, they can report the concerns to an employee with a position of authority, or use our Whistleblower program.

Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc. has contracted Global Response Corp. (GRC) to provide with a means of anonymously reporting in the Whistleblower Program. Call hotline at 561-338-0101, and a GRC employee will transcribe the phone message and forward it via e-mail and cell phone text message to the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.

To file a report anonymously:
1) Do not give your name to the GRC employee.
2) Do not include information in your message that could be used to reveal your identity.
