Pacific Asia Petroleum’s executive offices and financial team are located in Hartsdale, New York. We are a publicly-traded company listed on OTC (PFAP.OB) thereby providing full transparency in our corporate governance and full compliance with SEC requirements for our shareholders.

Our Technical/Operation and Government Relations teams are based in Beijing, China. Our China-based teams have strong technical and operational knowledge of oil, gas, and coal bed methane (CBM) development in China. They also actively engage with national, provincial, and local Chinese officials to strive for a politically, socially, and legally-favorable business environment.
