Our strategy is to utilize our experience and unique positioning to accomplish the following business objectives:

• identify and target low-risk, high-return investments in Asia’s energy industry with an initial focus on China.
• build and operate a balanced portfolio of assets with manageable risks, early cash flow and bookable reserves.
• actively manage investments and on-going operations by limiting capital exposure and forming strategic partnerships/alliances.
• build a strong technical and operational team, but also outsource and utilize external resources and talent to seek economic efficiency.
• “farm-out” or “sell down” assets when appropriate to maximize investment value.
