Onshore Crude Oil

• Interests in the ShaoGen Project located in Chifeng City in the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region.

• Entered an Enhanced Oil Recovery and Production Agreement covering several oilfields in Northern China.

 

Coal Bed Methane (CBM)

• 100% owned Zijinshan Block in Shanxi Province, China.

• In negotiation with CUCBM (China United Coalbed Methane Corp.) and PetroChina (PetroChina Company Ltd.) to acquire additional Coalbed Methane (CBM) and Tight Gas Sand (TGS) Production Sharing Contracts.

Gas Distribution

• Signed the Letter of Intent to acquire 49% of ownership interest in the Handan gas distribution venture in Handan City, Hebei Province, China..
